All newly employed teacher's placement on the salary schedule is determined by education and prior experience. Recent experience in the certification area to which the individual is to be appointed and in a public school system similar to South Glens Falls is granted year for year. Salary commensurate with verified experience.	MA Step 1: $51,453
Math Teacher	The South Glens Falls CSD has a full-time tenure track position for a math teacher at Oliver W. Winch MS. All newly employed teacher's placement on the salary schedule is determined by education and prior experience. Recent experience in the certification area to which the individual is to be appointed and in a public school system similar to South Glens Falls is granted year for year. English Teacher	The district has a vacancy for a probationary tenure track teaching position at the High School. English 7-12 certification is required.
