Job Description

The district has a vacancy for a tenure-track High School Biology teaching position beginning in the 2026-27 school year.

The position will be teaching Regents biology and elective courses.

The posted salary is for Step 1. SGFFA contract will grant the successful candidate year-for-year compensation for NYS public school teaching experience.

Job Qualifications

NYS Certification in biology is required. Additional certification in chemistry is beneficial, but not required.
